2. Eligibility
To register and use the d666 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

3. Account Registration and Security
To access the full features of the d666 platform, you must register a player account. Registration requires a valid Bangladesh mobile number and a password chosen by you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Each player is permitted to hold only one account. d666 employs technical and manual processes to detect duplicate registrations. If duplicate accounts are identified, d666 reserves the right to:
- Close all duplicate accounts and permanently ban the associated mobile number and device.
- Void any bonuses claimed across the duplicate accounts.
- Confiscate winnings derived from gameplay conducted during a period when the player held more than one account simultaneously.
- Notify relevant authorities if fraudulent intent is suspected.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
All deposits and withdrawals on the d666 platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). d666 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. d666 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside d666's control.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, as an anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

- Bonuses are available only to players who have completed account registration and verified their mobile number.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play
All games available on the d666 platform are provided by licensed third-party software providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Jili, Ezugi and Spribe. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game before wagering.
Outcomes for RNG-based games (slots, virtual casino table games) are determined by certified Random Number Generator systems. Live casino game outcomes are determined by real-time dealer actions and are recorded and auditable. d666 does not manipulate game outcomes. In the event of a technical fault or disconnection during a game round:
- If the round had already reached a final outcome before the disconnection, the result stands and will be applied to the player's account once reconnected.

- Registering more than one account, or allowing another person to use your account.

d666 actively monitors platform activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Detection methods include behavioural analysis, device fingerprinting, IP monitoring and payment pattern review. Players found engaging in prohibited conduct waive all rights to balances held in their account at the time of suspension.
9. Account Suspension and Termination
d666 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if the Platform determines, in its sole discretion, that: (a) the player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the player has provided false information during registration; (c) the account is being used in a manner inconsistent with the platform's intended purpose; or (d) continued operation of the account poses a legal, financial or reputational risk to d666.
Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting d666 customer support. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method. Closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Once an account is permanently closed, the associated mobile number may not be used to register a new d666 account without express written permission from d666.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, d666, its officers, employees, agents and technology providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds resulting from a player's own betting decisions; technical interruptions, server downtime or connectivity failures outside d666's reasonable control; losses resulting from a player's failure to read and understand game rules or bonus terms; or unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's own failure to secure their login credentials.

11. Intellectual Property
All content on the d666 platform — including but not limited to the d666 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, and software — is the intellectual property of d666 or its licensed technology partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any content from the d666 platform without prior written consent from d666.
12. Privacy and Data
